1. Office
a) Functions and tasks
Advising and assisting the Chief Inspector in performing the following tasks:
Performing tasks related to general, administrative, clerical, archival, financial, management work, serving to ensure the activities of the Provincial Inspectorate, administrative reform work, staff organization work, emulation and reward work, legal affairs, developing inspection plans, monitoring, synthesizing, reviewing the implementation of conclusions and decisions on post-inspection handling; handling overlaps in inspection and examination;
Performing other tasks assigned by the Chief Inspector.
b) The organizational structure of the Office includes: Chief of Office, no more than 02 Deputy Chiefs of Office, Inspectors, civil servants and employees.
2. Professional Department 1
a) Functions and tasks
Advise and assist the Chief Inspector to perform the following tasks:
Inspect the implementation of policies and laws in the economic field;
Provide professional guidance on inspection work and urge the implementation of conclusions and decisions on handling inspections in the assigned fields and other fields assigned by the Chief Inspector;
Review draft inspection conclusions of inspection teams implemented by the Department to advise the Chief Inspector to issue inspection conclusions.
Coordinate with the Professional Department to preside over the dissemination and propaganda of laws on inspection.
Perform other tasks when assigned by the Chief Inspector.
b) Organizational structure of Professional Department 1, including: Head of Department, no more than 02 Deputy Heads of Department and Inspectors.
3. Professional Department 2
a) Functions and tasks
Advise and assist the Chief Inspector to perform the following tasks:
Inspect the implementation of policies and laws in the fields of internal affairs - culture and society;
Provide professional guidance on inspection work and urge the implementation of conclusions and decisions on handling inspections in the assigned areas and other areas assigned by the Chief Inspector;
Appraise draft inspection conclusions of inspection teams conducted by the Department to advise the Chief Inspector to issue inspection conclusions.
Coordinate with the Professional Department to preside over the dissemination and propaganda of laws on inspection.
Perform other tasks when assigned by the Chief Inspector.
b) Organizational structure of Professional Department 2, including: Head of Department, no more than 02 Deputy Heads of Department and Inspectors.
4. Professional Department 3
a) Functions and tasks:
Advise and assist the Chief Inspector in performing the following tasks:
Inspect the responsibility for implementing legal provisions on corruption prevention and control of departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities; inspect cases with signs of corruption when assigned by competent authorities; Verify the declaration of assets and income according to the provisions of the law on anti-corruption when requested by competent authorities; carry out anti-corruption work within the agency; carry out the work of synthesizing, informing and reporting on the field of anti-corruption.
Supervise and inspect the activities of inspection teams, monitor and urge the implementation of conclusions, recommendations and decisions on handling inspections in the assigned fields and other fields assigned by the Chief Inspector.
Preside over and coordinate with the Professional Departments and relevant agencies to organize propaganda, dissemination and education of laws on inspection; handling complaints and denunciations; preventing and combating corruption and other areas under the state management of the industry.
Appraise draft inspection conclusions of inspection teams conducted by the Department to advise the Chief Inspector to issue inspection conclusions.
Perform other tasks when assigned by the Chief Inspector.

5. Professional Department 4
a) Functions and tasks:
Advise and assist the Chief Inspector in performing the following tasks:
Perform the task of receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations at the unit and participating in receiving citizens with the Leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Council when assigned by the Leaders; synthesize specialized and ad hoc reports on citizen reception, handling complaints and denunciations at the request of superiors;
Advise on handling complaints and denunciations arising in the province under the authority of the Provincial Inspector and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee;
Inspect the management and use of land in the province;
Inspect and examine the responsibilities of heads of state administrative agencies in implementing legal provisions on receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations;
Provide professional guidance on receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations and urge the implementation of decisions on handling complaints and denunciations that have come into legal effect and must be enforced. Coordinate
with the Professional Department to preside over the dissemination and propaganda of laws on handling complaints and denunciations.
Appraise draft inspection conclusions of inspection teams conducted by the Department to advise the Chief Inspector to issue inspection conclusions.
Perform other tasks when assigned by the Chief Inspector.
