1. Leadership of the Provincial Inspectorate
a) The Provincial Inspectorate has a Chief Inspector and no more than 03 Deputy Chief Inspectors;
b) The Chief Inspector of the province is the head of the Provincial Inspectorate, responsible to the People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and before the law for all activities of the Provincial Inspectorate.
The appointment and reappointment of the Chief Inspector of the province is decided by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee according to professional and technical standards issued by the Government Inspectorate and after reaching agreement with the Government Inspector General. The dismissal and removal of the Chief Inspector of the province is decided by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee according to the provisions of law after reaching agreement with the Government Inspector General;
c) The Deputy Chief Inspector of the province is the person who assists the Chief Inspector of the province and is responsible to the Chief Inspector of the province and before the law for the assigned tasks; when the Chief Inspector of the province is absent, a Deputy Chief Inspector of the province is authorized by the Chief Inspector of the province to manage the activities of the Provincial Inspectorate.
The appointment and reappointment of the Deputy Chief Inspector of the province shall be decided by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee according to the professional and technical standards issued by the Government Inspectorate and proposed by the Chief Inspector of the province. The dismissal and removal of the Deputy Chief Inspector of the province shall be decided by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee according to the provisions of law and proposed by the Chief Inspector of the province;
d) The commendation, discipline and other policies for the Chief Inspector and Deputy Chief Inspector of the province shall be implemented according to the provisions of law.
